These terms apply when you use the WUSOOL 360 website and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. What WUSOOL 360 is

WUSOOL 360 is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, merchants, brands and creators. Listings, offers and creator collaborations are agreements between the users involved. WUSOOL is not a party to them unless we say so in writing. WUSOOL Studio services are provided under a separate agreement with each client.

2. Your account

You must be of legal age to enter into contracts in your country and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe.

3. What you post

Content must be lawful, accurate and yours to share, and must follow the laws of the country it is aimed at.
Prohibited, counterfeit, dangerous or misleading items, offers and claims are not allowed.
Merchants must honour the offers they publish, within the limits they set.
Creators are responsible for their own licences and for labelling paid content as advertising.

4. Moderation

We may review, edit, refuse or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the law.

5. Fees and payments

Core membership is free at launch. Any fee for a paid feature will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers.

6. Our responsibility

We work to keep WUSOOL 360 available and safe, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of user content or the outcome of transactions between users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and tell registered users about important changes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the WUSOOL entity providing the service is registered, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
